Payment Policy
The 100% of the entire stay will be charged upon confirmation, which is non-refundable. No Cancellation or amendment is allowed for this rate.
Guests are required to show the same credit card used to make the reservation and a photo ID of the card holder upon check-in. Otherwise, the full amount of the reservation will be settled either with a different credit card with the card holder being present or cash.
Cancellation Policy
No Cancellation is allowed for this rate. In case of a cancellation, the total amount will be charged, which is non-refundable.
In the event of non-show or should there be an early departure, the 100% of the reservation balance will be retained in respect of our cancellation fees, which is non-refundable.

Best Value Rate

Payment Policy
The 50% of the entire stay will be charged upon confirmation. The deposit amount is refundable if the reservation is canceled prior to the cancellation period. The remaining 50% accommodation balance should be settled 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or change of dates occurring 14 days prior to arrival will result in cancellation fees of 30% of the total accommodation balance.
In the event of non-show or should there be an early departure, the 100% of the reservation balance will be retained in respect of our cancellation fees.
